This policy describes information handled through the Tampa Bay Mobile Detailing website and our job-update text messaging service. For privacy questions, email info@detailtampabay.com.

Information you provide

An appointment request asks for your name, service, vehicle type, vehicle make and model, and ZIP code so we can respond and discuss service suitability and location. Email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and condition notes are optional. Providing an email address lets you track your request in the client portal after our team enables access. Please do not send payment card details, identification documents, access codes, or sensitive personal information.

The ZIP-region checker runs in your browser and does not submit your entry. If you separately include a ZIP code in an appointment request, it is sent with that request.

How requests are used and delivered

We use the details you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible appointment. Providing a phone number allows a call about your request; the form does not enroll you in marketing or text messaging.

Requests are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, to info@detailtampabay.com. Resend and the receiving email provider process the message for delivery and storage. The website does not take payments. Booking details are also stored in Supabase and available to our authorized team in Detail HQ.

Job-update text messages

With your explicit permission, Tampa Bay Mobile Detailing sends an enrollment confirmation followed by automated SMS updates when your detailing job starts and finishes, typically two job updates per service. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Submitting a phone number through our booking form does not enroll you in SMS updates.

You review our digital consent form and actively agree before staff enable job-update texts. We record your phone number, consent timestamp, the disclosure text and policy links shown, and the staff member who saved your permission in Detail HQ. We store message content, delivery status, and related job details to provide and troubleshoot this service.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share only the information needed to operate the service with providers such as Twilio for text delivery and Supabase for storage, and when legally required. These providers process information on our behalf to support the service.

Technical information and tracking

The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to operate and secure the service. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google receives technical and usage information, which may include pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Storage and your choices

Requests and appointment details are stored in our Supabase database. Signing in to the client portal creates or uses a Supabase account associated with your verified email address; this lets you view requests submitted with that email. Sign-in codes are delivered through Resend. The portal uses a secure, necessary sign-in cookie that expires within one hour. Hashed email and IP identifiers are temporarily stored to limit abuse, and expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent requests. Copies may remain in the business mailbox and provider delivery records or backups. A fixed deletion period is not specified here; contact us to ask about records relating to your request.

You can choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank, or email us instead. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you about a request, email the address above. Include only enough information to locate the request. Identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements may affect how a request can be fulfilled. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the circumstances.

Children and changes

This site offers vehicle detailing inquiries and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about children. If a child has submitted information, contact us to request its removal.
